Grampian Housing based in North East Scotland ensure both electric and gas supplies are live during the void period using a default supplier arrangement. This allows us to carry out gas CP12 and electric safety checks and carry out any identified remedial works during the void so we can hand over the void with utilities on and safety checked to the incoming customer.
