We are reviewing our current call out arrangements and we currently pay a standard rate per call out which is the same across all trades with no standby fee in place.
Please could you share what arrangements you have in place and the associated costs

We pay Our gas engineers 420 pounds per week standby, this includes all callouts, so if they get none they get the same amount, they also cover emergency plumbing.Cheers
