    We are the owners of a building and lease this out as a women’s refuge.
    We have a lease agreement in place which states that we are responsible for structural repairs and they will pick up internal repairs.
    In terms of compliance, they do their own checks and send us copies. We ensure that any actions are completed.

    In terms of the FRA; is it enough that they get their own carried out and send us a copy (and we ensure actions are completed)? or do we need to also do our own? seems a bit overkill to have two carried out.
