Within our industry Management Companies continue to be a risk area as there are many limitations to the compliance information that housing providers receive.
With varying levels of standards and agreements out there it is hard for any consistency to be achieved so thought I would start the ball rolling and see how others are managing this area and what successes have been achieved.
The main question being, as landlords we have an obligation to customers to ensure there safety in there homes so how can we achieve this if assurance is inconsistent or cannot be given or demonstrated by Management companies.
