    I am currently reviewing our Duty Holders and Responsible Persons list, and have been discussing with peers there are some differences in specific responsibilities within (for example) The Fire Safety Act, Building Safety Bill in respect of terminology used around ‘accountable person’, ‘responsible person’, ‘duty holder’, ‘building manager’ etc.

    Would anyone be willing to share their thoughts and/or process for appointing duty holders and delegated responsible persons for Health, Safety & and Landlord Compliance, and how is the requirement of competence & knowledge (and any required qualifications/training) monitored and kept updated?
