I know the topic was posted a week ago but things were still very unclear. It appears that the guidance is to carry on as normal and service as early as possible. I’m curious to see how other providers are managing LGSR servicing at the moment and if you are facing any specific challenges?
We are trying to continue as normal, 100% compliance will be out of the window.
The main issue we are having is the refusal of access, and 12 week isolation which will take us away from the target dates.
We cant serve any NSP as they have all been suspended for 90 days.
